By creating an account or using any JetSpace.lk services, you expressly agree to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions, which incorporate by reference the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Infringement Policy, and Backup Policy.

Backup Policy

This Backup Policy applies to all services provided by Jet Space Private Limited (“JetSpace”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including shared hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email hosting, and related services.
This policy is incorporated by reference into the JetSpace Terms of Service.

  1. Customer Responsibility
  2. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
    JetSpace does not guarantee the availability, completeness, or reliability of backups for any service.
    You are solely responsible for:

    • Maintaining independent backups of all data, files, databases, emails, and content;
    • Ensuring backups are current, complete, and restorable;
    • Verifying backup integrity.

    JetSpace shall not be responsible for data loss, corruption, or deletion under any circumstances.

  3. No Reliance on JetSpace Backups
  4. Any backups that may be performed by JetSpace are provided strictly as a courtesy and:

    • May be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable;
    • May be overwritten or deleted at any time;
    • Are not intended as a primary backup solution.

    You must not rely on JetSpace backups for disaster recovery or business continuity.

  5. Exclusions
  6. JetSpace does not maintain backups for:

    • VPS or Dedicated Servers;
    • Suspended or terminated accounts;
    • Data deleted due to policy violations;
    • Data lost due to hardware failure, software issues, hacking, malware, or user error.
  7. Data Restoration
  8. JetSpace may, at its sole discretion and without obligation:

    • Attempt data restoration from available backups;
    • Charge fees for restoration attempts;
    • Decline restoration requests entirely.

    No guarantee is made that any data can be restored.

  9. Limitation of Liability
  10. JetSpace shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, revenue loss, or damages arising from the failure to back up or restore data.

  11. Policy Enforcement
  12. Violation of this Backup Policy may result in suspension or termination of Services.
