    4. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information to locate it;
    5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
    6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

    Incomplete or improperly submitted notices may not be processed.

    • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
    • Suspend or terminate the affected service or account;
    • Notify the customer responsible for the content;
    • Document and retain records of infringement notices.

    JetSpace may disclose infringement notices or related information to third parties where legally required or appropriate.

  7. Counter-Notification Procedure
  8. If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

    1. Your physical or electronic signature;
    2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and its prior location;
    3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification;
    4. Your name, address, and telephone number.

    Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, JetSpace may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless legal action is initiated by the complainant.

  9. Misrepresentation
  10. You may be liable for damages, including legal fees, if you knowingly submit false or misleading infringement notices or counter-notifications.

  11. Repeat Infringers
  12. JetSpace reserves the right to terminate services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, without notice and without refund.

  13. Reservation of Rights
  14. Nothing in this policy limits JetSpace’s right to take any action deemed necessary to comply with applicable law, protect its systems, or mitigate legal risk.
