Jet Space Private Limited (“JetSpace”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same.
This Infringement Policy describes the procedures for reporting alleged copyright or intellectual property infringement related to content hosted on JetSpace infrastructure. This policy is incorporated by reference into the JetSpace Terms of Service.
If you believe that content hosted on JetSpace services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you must submit a written notice containing all of the following information:

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, JetSpace may, in its sole discretion:
JetSpace may disclose infringement notices or related information to third parties where legally required or appropriate.
If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, JetSpace may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless legal action is initiated by the complainant.
You may be liable for damages, including legal fees, if you knowingly submit false or misleading infringement notices or counter-notifications.
JetSpace reserves the right to terminate services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, without notice and without refund.
Nothing in this policy limits JetSpace’s right to take any action deemed necessary to comply with applicable law, protect its systems, or mitigate legal risk.
